Ingredients

 Water3 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 pound unpeeled small fresh shrimp
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Walnuts1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 3 tablespoons commercial French salad dressing
 Leaf lettuce
 Pineapple slice4

Directions

Bring water to a boil, add shrimp, and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
Drain well, rinse with cold water.
Chill.
Peel and devein shrimp.
Combine shrimp, celery, walnuts, and salad dressing, stir well.
To serve, line salad plates with leaf lettuce, and top each with a pineapple slice, mound shrimp mixture on pineapple slice.
