Ingredients

 Butter1 Tablespoon
 Coarsely chopped100 Gram, washed
 Spring onion1 , chopped
 CHOP FINELY
 Celery stick1
 Capsicum1/2
 A few mint leaves
 Coriander leaves4
 Chilli powder1/4 Teaspoon
 Juice of 1 lime
 1 slice of bread soaked in water, the water should be squeezed out
 1 lightly beaten egg
 Fish fillets8
 Salted and kept for 20 minutes and then washed
 8 strands of thread or 8 toothpicks
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Mix all the ingredients except bread, egg and fish in a bowl and microwave for 4 minutes.
Let it stand for 10 minutes at room temperature.
Mix in the bread and and spread this mixture on the fish fillets and roll over.
Tie the fish fillets with thread, or secure them with toothpicks.
Place them side by side in a serving dish, Cover and microwave for 12-15 minutes turning the dish around after 6 minutes.
Let it stand covered for 5 minutes.
Pour white sauce
