Shrimp Stir Fry Recipe
Ingredients
Zucchini 2 cups cut in matchlike strips
Celery 1 cup cut in diagonal slices
Green pepper 1, cut in strips
Mushrooms 1/2 pound, sliced
Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
Shrimp 1 4-1/2 ounce can, drained
Jerusalem artichokes 1 cup peeled and sliced
Directions
In a large skillet or wok, saute zucchini, celery, green pepper, and mushrooms in oil, stir frying for 5 minutes.
Add shrimp and artichokes; cover and steam 3 to 5 minutes.
