	Spinach	100 Gram
	Bacon strip	5
	Mushroom	30 Gram
	Red onions	25 Gram
	Bell peppers	20 Gram, roasted
	Tomatoes	25 Gram, diced
	Blue cheese	20 Gram
	Shrimp pieces	5
	Balsamic vinaigrette	20 Milliliter
	Egg	1 , boiled

Directions

Blanch shrimp for 3 minutes & put it under cold running water.mix all the ingredients along with balsamic vinaigrette except egg.cut egg into quarters & put it on top of salad.crumble some blue cheese & sprinkle some cooked bacon pieces on top.serve it.
