Shrimp Salad Mold Recipe
Ingredients
| Lemon gelatin | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cooked chopped shrimp | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Hard cooked egg | 2 , chopped | |
| Chopped walnuts | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Cut green celery | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cut green pepper | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Minced onion | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Heavy cream | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; chill until thickened.
Add all remaining ingredients except cream.
Fold cream into the gelatin mixture.
Pour into molds and chill overnight.
