Ingredients

 Lemon gelatin1 Tablespoon
 Boiling water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cooked chopped shrimp1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Hard cooked egg2 , chopped
 Chopped walnuts1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Cut green celery1 Tablespoon
 Cut green pepper1 Tablespoon
 Minced onion1 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Mayonnaise1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Heavy cream1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; chill until thickened.
Add all remaining ingredients except cream.
Fold cream into the gelatin mixture.
Pour into molds and chill overnight.
