Shrimp Salad Deauville (France) Recipe

| Walnut halves | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Apple | 1 , sliced | |
| 3 hard cooked eggs, halved | ||
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Iceberg lettuce | 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1 Pinch | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Celery | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Arrange chilled shrimp, walnut halves, apple, eggs, mushrooms and lettuce in a salad bowl.
