Shrimp Salad Recipe
When Shrimp Salad can be made at home, why go to a restaurant for it? I am certain both of us will be in agreement that this Shrimp Salad is really delicious.

Ingredients
3 cups water
1 pound unpeeled medium-size fresh shrimp
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup water
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can tomato soup, undiluted
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice Dash of Worcestershire sauce Dash of hot sauce
1 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon grated onion
Directions
Bring 3 cups water to a boil; add shrimp, and return to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 3 to 5 minutes.
Drain well; rinse with cold water.
Peel shrimp; cut each in half.
Cool.
Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup water, and set aside.
Place soup in a heavy saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, and add unflavored gelatin, stirring until gelatin is dissolved.
Cool mixture completely.
Beat cream cheese; add soup mixture, and beat until blended.
Stir in shrimp and remaining ingredients.
Pour into an oiled 5-cup mold; chill until firm.
