Shrimp Quiche Recipe

Ingredients
Mushrooms - 1 can(2-oz.), drained
Butter - 2 tbsp.
Swiss cheese - 1 c., grated
Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c., grated
Flour - 1 tbsp.
Baked pie shell – 1( 9-in. )
Shrimp – 1 can(5-oz.), drained
Cream - 2 c.
Eggs - 3, slightly beaten
Seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp.
Pepper - 1/4 tsp.
Directions
MAKING
1. In a pan saute mushrooms in 1 tablespoon butter until golden.
2. In a bowl mix cheeses and flour and sprinkle half the mixture into pie shell.
3. Add half the mushrooms and half the shrimp and repeat layers.
4. Stir cream into eggs and add salt and pepper.
5. Pour over shrimp mixture.
6. Brown remaining butter and pour over top.
7. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until the filling is set.
8. Remove from oven and let it stand for 10 minutes.
SERVING
9. Serve along with a drink or wine if desired.
