Shrimp Mold Supreme Recipe

Shrimp Mold Supreme - I tried this for the first time last week and was happy that I did! The shrimp mold supreme is a delicious treat and all it takes is a few small ounces of your time to prepare one. Try this juicy shrimp mold supreme.

Ingredients

 
2 Cans ( 7 1/2 Ounces Each) Shrimp
 
2 Tablespoons Unfavored Gelatin (2 Envelopes)
 
1 Can (1O 1/2 Ounces) Condensed Cream Of Tomato Soup, Undiluted
 
1 Package (8 Ounces) Cream Cheese, Cut Into Chunks
 
1 Cup Mayonnaise
 
1 Cup Finely Chopped Celery
 
1 Cup Finely Chopped Onion

Directions

Drain shrimp, reserving 1/2 cup liquid.
Add gelatin to reserved shrimp liquid, let soften.
In a large saucepan, combine tomato soup and cream cheese.
Heat over low heat, stirring, until cream cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. (If necessary, beat with a portable electric mixer to make mixture smooth.)
Add softened gelatin mixture, stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Remove from heat.
Add drained shrimp, mayonnaise, celery and onion, mix well.
Pour into greased ring mold, refrigerate until firm.
Serve with crackers.
