Shrimp Mold Recipe

The shrimp mold is a gelatin salad made with cooked shrimps. Combined together with mayonnaise, lemon juice and mixed with celery and olives, the shrimp mold has eggs in it and can be served as an appetizer.

Directions

Chop all ingredients fine except eggs, which should be a little coarser.
Soften gelatin in the cold water.
Melt over hot water; add lemon juice.
Cool.
Before it congeals add mayonnaise and a little salt.
Mix well; add remaining ingredients and mix lightly.
Put in mold and chill.
Can also be made with flaked tuna.
Serve as a salad or as an appetizer with crackers or chips.
