 Medium shrimp2 Can (10oz), washed
 2 slightly beaten eggs
 1 can cream of celery soup
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 1 sm. pkg. American cheese
 Onion flakes1 Tablespoon
 Parsley flakes1 Teaspoon
 Milk
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
