Shrimp In Garlic Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| 1 teaspoon grated ginger root | ||
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm), sliced | |
| 5 or 6 Chinese dried black mushrooms, soaked 30 minutes in warm water and sliced | ||
| Peas | 1 Cup (16 tbs), Defrosted | |
| 1 pound cooked shrimp | ||
| Water or chicken broth | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tablespoon cornstarch in 2 tablespoons water | ||
Directions
Heat oil in wok and stirfry onion, ginger, and garlic for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms and peas and stir fry 1 to 3 minutes.
Add shrimp and continue to stirfry 1 to 2 minutes.
Combine broth, soy sauce, salt, and the cornstarch mixture.
Add to wok and heat until sauce boils and has thickened.
Serve immediately with boiled rice.
