 Vegetable oil2 Tablespoon
 Onion1 Small, chopped
 1 teaspoon grated ginger root
 Garlic4 Clove (5gm), sliced
 5 or 6 Chinese dried black mushrooms, soaked 30 minutes in warm water and sliced
 Peas1 Cup (16 tbs), Defrosted
 1 pound cooked shrimp
 Water or chicken broth1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Soy sauce2 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 1 tablespoon cornstarch in 2 tablespoons water

Directions

Heat oil in wok and stirfry onion, ginger, and garlic for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms and peas and stir fry 1 to 3 minutes.
Add shrimp and continue to stirfry 1 to 2 minutes.
Combine broth, soy sauce, salt, and the cornstarch mixture.
Add to wok and heat until sauce boils and has thickened.
Serve immediately with boiled rice.
