Shrimp In Black Bean Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Chinese black beans
2 tablespoons oil
1 pound raw shrimp shelled and deveined
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup water
3 scallions, sliced thin
Directions
Wash the beans well, drain and crush.
Heat the oil in a skillet; saute the shrimp and garlic for 3 minutes.
Mix the cornstarch, beans, and water together; add to the shrimp stirring steadily.
Add the scallions; cover and cook over low heat 3 minutes.
Taste for seasoning.
