 Green onions6
 Okra2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Bacon fat1 Tablespoon
 Tomatoes1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Stock6 Cup (16 tbs)
 Red pepper- 1 pod
 Green pepper1 To taste
 Thyme1/2 Teaspoon
 Bay leaf1
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Shrimp1 pound, cooked

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by cleaning the onions, make sure to reserve the green tops
2.Also chop the onions
MAKING
3.In a pan, sauté onions with okra in bacon fat
4.Now add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes
5.Also add stock, peppers, green onion tops cut into strips, thyme, bay leaf and salt
6.Heat to boiling and cook 10 minutes
7.Add shrimp, cut into halves, cover closely and simmer 1 1/2 hours
SERVING
8.Serve over rice
