Ingredients

 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Flour2 Tablespoon
 Canned tomatoes1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion2 Tablespoon, finley minced
 Green pepper2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Garlic salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Thyme1/8 Teaspoon
 Dried parsley1/2 Teaspoon
 Bay Leaf1
 Celery salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 -1 pound shrimp, cooked and cleaned
 Cooked rice2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Meit butter in skillet.
Add flour and heat, stirring constantly until lightly browned.
Add tomatoes, onion, green pepper and seasonings.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Add shrimp and simmer 5 minutes.
Pack cooked rice into greased cups and place in moderate oven (350°F.) about 5 minutes.
Unmold on platter and pour shrimp mixture over them.
