Shrimp Filling Recipe

Ingredients
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Ginger | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Raw shrimp | 3/4 pound, cleaned | |
| 1/2 white turnip, finely minced | ||
| 1/2 green pepper, finely minced | ||
| Scallions | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
Directions
Heat oil in a skillet.
Add salt, pepper and soy sauce.
Add shrimp, turnip and green pepper.
Cook over medium heat, stir- ring constantly for about 3 minutes.
Cool, then remove from pan with a slotted spoon.
Add the scallions and use as filling.
