Shrimp Fiesta Mold Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 3-ounce packages lime-flavored gelatin 2 tablespoons lemon juice | ||
| Prepared horseradish | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Few drops bottled hot pepper sauce | ||
| 2 4 1/2-ounce cans shrimp, drained and cut up | ||
| Oranges | 2 Medium, chopped | |
| Lettuce Mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water.
Stir in 1 cup cold water, lemon juice, horseradish, and hot pepper sauce.
Chill till partially set.
Fold in the shrimp and chopped oranges.
Turn into 5-cup mold.
Chill till firm.
Unmold on lettuce-lined plate and pass mayonnaise or salad dressing.
