Shrimp Fiesta Mold Recipe
Ingredients
2 3-ounce packages lime-flavored gelatin 2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
Few drops bottled hot pepper sauce
2 4 1/2-ounce cans shrimp, drained and cut up
2 medium oranges, peeled and chopped (about 1 cup)
Lettuce Mayonnaise or salad dressing
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water.
Stir in 1 cup cold water, lemon juice, horseradish, and hot pepper sauce.
Chill till partially set.
Fold in the shrimp and chopped oranges.
Turn into 5-cup mold.
Chill till firm.
Unmold on lettuce-lined plate and pass mayonnaise or salad dressing.
