Shrimp Creole Recipe
Ingredients
3 large green bell peppers, diced
3 large onions, diced
3 tablespoons olive oil
Dash of paprika
4 cups chopped tomatoes
2 pounds cooked shrimp
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups cooked rice
How to make Shrimp Creole
Saute the bell peppers and onions in the olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat for a few minutes.Add the paprika and tomatoes; simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the shrimp and simmer for 10 minutes longer.
Season with salt and pepper .
