Shrimp Corn Chowder Recipe
My wife likes this Shrimp Corn Chowder recipe very much. Due to her cooking skills she has a very important place in the family. This chowder is being prepared by her very delicately, which create an atmosphere of love as it is being liked by everyone in family. Ingredients
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cans cream of potato soup, undiluted
2 c. milk
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can corn, undrained
2 lbs. shrimp, peeled and deveined
Directions
Step1-Melt butter in large Dutch oven; add onion, garlic and pepper.
Step2-Saute until tender.
Step3-Stir in soup, milk, cream cheese and corn.
Step4-Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Step5-Add shrimp, then cover and reduce heat; cook 8-10 minutes. Serve hot.
