Shrimp Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
| Shredded lettuce | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Cooked shrimp | 36 Large | |
| Cocktail sauce | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Parsley sprigs | 6 | |
| Lemon wedges | 6 |
Directions
Put a little shredded lettuce in each of 6 cocktail cups or sherbet glasses and top with 6 shrimp.
Spoon about 2 tbsp. cocktail sauce over each.
Garnish with sprigs of parsley and a lemon wedge.
