Shrimp Butter Recipe
Ingredients
| Shrimps | 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked | |
| Salt- a good pinch | ||
| Cayenne | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tarragon vinegar or lemon-juice- 1/4 cup | ||
Directions
MAKING
1.In a mortar, pound the shrimps with salt and cayenne
2.Now add butter and moisten the mixture with tarragon vinegar or lemon juice
SERVING
3.Serve with garlic toast or salads
