Spicy Shrimp Biryani Recipe Video

Ingredients

 
1 cup oil
 
1 number Bari ilaayachi
 
2 cup Basmati rice
 
1 tbsp biryani masala
 
2 number Chhotee ilaayach
 
1/2 tsp chilli pdr
 
1 number coriander leaves
 
1 tsp coriander pdr
 
2 cup curd
 
1 stick Daalchini (cinnamon)
 
1 number fried onion
 
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
 
1 tsp gr chilli
 
1/2 tsp Jeera -
 
1 tsp Jeera powder
 
1 bunch mint
 
400 grams Prawn
 
1 tsp Red chilly powder
 
1 to taste Salt

Directions

1. cook rice till 90 % done in salted and spiced water as shown with oil

2. heat oil and fry shrimp as shown with marination as shown cook shrimp till 50 % done

3. add curd and all other spices and add shrimp and mix top with hot rice and let it cook for not more than 7-10 min

4. serve hot with other dishes
