Shrimp Aspic Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pkg. lemon gelatin | ||
| Boiling water | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 8 Ounce | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 6 Drop | |
| Hot pepper sauce | 6 Drop | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Stuffed olives | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 14 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Shrimp | 1 Can (10oz) | |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in hot water; stir in tomato sauce, salt, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce and pepper.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Add celery, olives, onion and shrimp.
Blend thoroughly.
Chill until slightly thickened.
