Ingredients
Canned Shrimp – 2 (5 ounces each)
Swiss cheese – 2 cups, grated
Canned Evaporated Milk – 1 (8 ounce), undiluted
Stale Beer – 1 cup
Salt – ¼ teaspoon
Worcestershire Sauce – 1 teaspoon
Rice – 2 cups, cooked
Celery – ½ cup, finely chopped
Toasted Bread Cubes – 2 cups
Melted Butter – ¼ cup, melted
Directions
GETTING READY
1)Preheat the oven to 350F
MAKING
2)Clean and drain the prawns into a colander
3)De-vein the shrimp and keep aside
4)In a saucepan, combine the cheese milk and beer
5)Over a low heat, stir the mixture till the cheese is all melted and the mixture is smooth
6)Add in the salt and pepper
7)Fold in the shrimp, cooked rice and the chopped celery
8)Spoon into a 2 quart greased baking dish
9)Toss in the bread cubes in melted butter and arrange around the baking dish
10)Bake for 30 minutes at 350F
