Shrimp and Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients
| 2 cups cooked shrimp, cleaned and chopped | ||
| 6 small sweet pickles, chopped | ||
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup tarragon vinegar | ||
| Prepared mustard | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 4 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Apples | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 2 cups cooked peas | ||
| 2 cups cooked diced potatoes | ||
Directions
Combine shrimp, pickles, seasonings and vinegar and let stand for 10 minutes.
Drain off vinegar and mix with mustard, parsley and mayonnaise.
Combine shrimp, mayonnaise mixture and remaining ingredients.
Mix well and chill for 1 hour in refrigerator.
Mound on crisp salad greens in a salad bowl.
