Ingredients
1 package noodles with sour cream and cheese sauce mix
Milk
Butter or margarine
1 package (1 pound) frozen shelled deveined shrimp
1 can (3 or 4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 carton (8 ounces) cottage cheese
1/2 teaspoon dillweed
3 tablespoons fine dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
Directions
Prepare noodles with milk and butter or margarine in a medium size saucepan, following label directions.
Cook shrimp in a medium size saucepan, following label directions; drain and chop.
Add to noodle mixture.
Stir in mushrooms, cottage cheese and dill weed.
Spoon into a 6 cup casserole.
Combine bread crumbs and butter or margarine in a small bowl.
Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 20 minutes, or until casserole is bubbly hot.
