Mushroom Shrimp And Macaroni Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 4 1/2 oz. cans shrimp | ||
| 1 8 oz. pkg. macaroni, cooked and cooled | ||

| 1 c. celery, cut up | ||
| 1 green pepper, cut up | ||
| Mushrooms | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream or milk | ||
| Hard boiled eggs | 4 | |
| Tomatoes | 3 , quartered | |
| 1 green pepper, cut in rings | ||
Directions
Combine first six ingredients.
Thin mayonnaise with cream.
Add to first mixture; salt to taste.
Place on lettuce and garnish with eggs, tomatoes and green pepper.
