Shrimp And Crabmeat Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
Melt butter and saute vegetables for 5 minutes
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
Add: 1 (10 oz.) soup - cream of chicken, celery or mushroom
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Directions
Cook until smooth, then remove from heat.
Add: 8 oz.fresh shrimp and 4 oz.fresh crab (or use canned) Combine with 1/2 package kraft cheese dinner, cooked according to directions.
Place in buttered casserole and sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese mixed with 1 teaspoon bread crumbs.
Bake at 400° for about 20 minutes.
