Shrimp And Bamboo Shoots Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons oil
1 pound raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons sake or sherry
2 tablespoons water
2 cups sliced bamboo shoots
Directions
Heat the oil in a skillet; saute the shrimp for 2 minutes.
Add the soy sauce, sake or sherry, water, and bamboo shoots.
Cook over low heat 5 minutes.
