Shrimp Almondine In Noodle Nests Recipe
Ingredients
1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen peas in butterjiauce
1 can (10 oz.) frozen cream of shrimp soup, thawed
1/2 c sour cream
1/8 t saffron
1 lb.frozen shrimp, cooked
1/4 c slivered almonds, toasted
4 chow mein noodle nests (or 3 C hot cooked rice)
Directions
Prepare peas as directed.
Drain butter sauce into a chafing dish and add soup, sour cream and saffron.
Blend.
Add peas, shrimp and almonds.
Heat through.
Spoon into heated noodle nests or serve with rice.
