Ingredients
64 large snow peas (about 1/2 pound)
64 large shrimp (about 1 3/4 pounds), peeled and cooked
DIPPING SAUCE
3 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
Directions
1. Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl, and stir to mix well. Set aside.
2. Place the snow peas in a microwave or stove-top steamer. Cover and cook on high power or over medium-high heat for 3 minutes, or just until the snow peas are bright green and pliable. Rinse with cool water, and set aside.
