Shrimp With Yogurt Recipe
Ingredients
| Batter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| 1 1/2 pounds shelled and deveined shrimp | ||
| Parsley | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| 1/4 teaspoon caraway seeds, lightly crushed | ||
| Garlic | 1/4 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| 1/2 cup dry white wine or clam juice | ||
| Plain yogurt | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
1. Melt the butter in a skillet and saute the onion until transparent. Add the shrimp and cook, stirring, until the shrimp turn pink.
2. Add the parsley, caraway seeds, garlic, wine, and kelp. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the yogurt.
