Shrimp with Shiitake Mushrooms and Garlic Basil Butter Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Garlic | 3 Clove (5gm) | |
| Basil | 2 | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Shrimp | 1/2 Pound, deveined | |
| Shiitake mushroom caps-1/2 cup | ||
Directions
MAKING
1)Take a bowl, and mix the butter,garlic,salt,basil, salt and pepper.
2)Now mix till evenly blended.
3)Choose a saute pan and heat oil.
4)Add the shrimp and mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5)Add 2-3 tablespoons of the butter mixture and continue cooking until shrimp are done.
SERVING
6)Make angel hair pasta as per instructions and serve,if desired.
