Shrimp Vegetable Tempura Recipe

| Baking powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 1/2 cups mixture of evaporated milk and water | ||
| Shrimp | 1/2 Pound, chopped | |
| Carrots, beans, parsley, cut in fine | ||
| Julienne strips | ||
Directions
Mix flour, cornstarch, sugar, salt and baking powder and add milk slowly, to prevent lumps.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well to coat completely.
Drop by tablespoons into hot oil and cook until slightly brown.
