Ingredients

 Onion1/3 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 4 tablesp. butter, margarine, fat, or salad oil
 2 c. lightly packed day-old bread crumbs
 1 c. cooked or canned shrimp

Directions

Cook the onion and celery in the butter until tender.
Add the crumbs, and brown very slightly.
Then add shrimp which have been, chopped, after removing the black vein.
Use to stuff a 5 1/2 lb cod, haddock, or other fish that is to be baked.
