Shrimp Stuffing Recipe
This Shrimp Stuffing is one of the most exciting seafood stuffings that my taste buds ever came to experience ! I tired this stuffing as a sandwich filling and it tasted incredible ! Just try this Shrimp Stuffing and let me know if you like it !
Ingredients
1 pound raw shrimp, cleaned, quartered
2 tablespoons margarine
1 package (6 ounces) KELLOGG'S® CROUTETTES® Stuffing Mix
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
Directions
In 12-inch skillet, cook and stir shrimp in margarine over medium heat just until shrimp start to change color.
Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese, tossing gently to moisten.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover and cook 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
To Microwave: In 4-quart microwave-safe mixing bowl, melt margarine at HIGH (100% power) 1 minute.
Stir in shrimp and remaining ingredients except cheese.
Cover with plastic wrap, leaving one corner open to vent.
Microwave at HIGH 9 minutes or until stuffing is hot and shrimp are opaque, stirring every 3 minutes.
Stir in cheese.
