1 tbsp Italian bread crumbs
1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp shallot,chopped
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp paprika
4 6 oz sole fillets, cleaned, patted dry
2 tbsp butter, melted
