Shrimp Stuffed Sole Recipe
Ingredients
Stuffing 1 cup baby shrimp
1 tbsp Italian bread crumbs
1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp shallot,chopped
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp paprika
4 6 oz sole fillets, cleaned, patted dry
2 tbsp butter, melted
Directions
In a small bowl, combine stuffing ingredients.
Set aside.
Mix bread crumbs and paprika.
Set aside.
Spread stuffing over fish fillets.
Roll.
Secure with a toothpick.
Brush with melted butter.
Dredge with bread crumb and paprika mixture.
On a microwave safe browning griddle, arrange rolls ma circle.
On high, cook in oven 7-9 minutes or until flesh turns opaque €¢Let stand 3 minutes coat with your choice of souce.
