Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 lb. shrimp, shelled, deveined and minced | ||
| Egg white | 1 | |
| Ginger | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Wine | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 12 mushroom caps | ||
| Soy sauce | ||
Directions
Mix shrimp, egg white, ginger, Sake, cornstarch, and salt, blending well.
Fill each mushroom cap with shrimp mixture.
Put mushrooms, stuffing side up, on rack over water in pan; bring water to a boil.
Cover pan and steam mushrooms 10 minutes.
