 1 pt. milk, boiling hot
 Cream1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
 Sherry wine
 Egg yolks2 , beaten
 1 tablespoon flour mixed to a paste with a little milk
 Shrimp1 Pint, cut into pieces

Directions

To the hot milk, pour in the cream, lemon juice and rind, egg yolks, flour paste, and shrimp.
Flavor with wine and serve hot.
