Shrimp Scampi Recipe
Ingredients
| Large shrimp | 2 1/2 Pound, unpeeled | |
| Butter | 1 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| Olive oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley flakes | 1 Tablespoon, dried | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Basil | 3/4 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Cooked rice - hot | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Wash, peel and then devein the shrimp carefully.
2. In a 15- x 10- x 1-inch jelly roll pan place the shrimps in a single layer.
3. Mix the remaining 8 ingredients.
4. Pour them over the shrimp.
5. Bake for 5 minutes at 450°.
6. Broil the shrimp for 5 minutes at least 4 inches away from the heat, till shrimps are well cooked.
SERVING
7. Serve Shrimp Scampi over rice.
