Shrimp Scampi with White Wine Sauce Recipe Video

This dish is full of flavors with green onions, garlic and fresh parsley going into it. The white wine and lemon juice sauce over butter fried shrimps makes shrimp scampi a super delicious dish.

Ingredients
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
4 small cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 lb shrimp ( peeled and deveined)
1/4 white wine
2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
1. Take butter in a pan and melt it.
2. Add green onion, garlic, ad parsley to the pan. Cook for a couple of minutes.
3. Add the shrimp and cook for 3-5 with frequent stirring in low flame.
4. Remove the shrimp from the pan and you will be left with some onion, garlic and parsley in the pan.
5. Add white wine and lemon juice. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
6. Pour over the cooked shrimp.
