Shrimp Sauteed in Herb Butter Recipe
Ingredients
| Raw shrimp | 1 pound | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley flakes | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chives | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Tarragon leaves | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Season-All - 3/4 teaspoon | ||
| Red cayenne pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Shell the shrimp, devein and keep aside.
MAKING
2) In a skillet or chafing dish, melt the butter and stir in the lemon juice and seasonings.
3) Saute the shrimp in the herb butter over a medium heat for 8 minutes, turning once, until pink .
SERVING
4) Serve the Shrimp Sauteed in Herb Butter, immediately on a bed of hot cooked rice.
