 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 All purpose flour1 Tablespoon
 Milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
 Shrimp1 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed
 Cucumber1/3 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Chili powder1/8 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash

Directions

1. Place margarine in 4-cup measure. Microwave uncovered on high (100%) until melted, 15 to 30 seconds. Stir in flour and milk. Microwave, stirring every minute, until thickened, 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Stir at least half the hot mixture into the egg yolk. Blend egg mixture into remaining hot mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave uncovered on medium (50%) 2 minutes; stir. Microwave until hot, 1 to 2 minutes longer.
