Shrimp Salad with Celery Root & Caviar Recipe
Ingredients
| Celery root | 1/2 | |
| 1 tablespoon wine vingegar | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 3-4 tbspn Virgin Olive Oil | ||
| 100-200g pilled frozen cooked shrimp | ||
| 2 tbspn black caviar | ||
| ½ Bunch green dill weed | ||
| 4 pcs. crispy Lettuce salad leaves | ||
| Mayonnaise | 150 Gram (Spicey Sauce:) | |
| ½ tspn Chilli sauce or Tabasco sauce | ||
| 1 tbspn lemon juice | ||
| 1 sourly apple, Chopped | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Peel the celery root and cut this in ½cm, steamed for about 5-6 minutes in light salted water.
Slice celery round and place this in a bowl add wine vinegar, salt, pepper, Virgin olive oil, Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes while preparing the spicey sauce.
Place the sliced celery on crispy lettuce salad leaves and add shrimps, caviar and dill leaves on the top.
Mix mayonnaise with chili sauce, lemon juice, chopped apple, dill weed then add a litlle bit of salt and pepper.
A combination of white wine goes best with this salad appetizer.
