Ingredients

 2 1/2 cups cleaned, cooked or canned shrimps
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Onion1 Teaspoon, minced
 Mayonnaise1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Catsup2 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice3 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
 Crisp lettuce

Directions

1. Blend broken shrimps lightly with the celery and onion.
2. Mix the mayonnaise, catsup and lemon juice. Add to the shrimp mixture. Taste, add salt and pepper as needed.
