Ingredients

 
2 envelopes (2 tablespoons) unnavored gelatin
 
2 cups cold water
 
2 cups dairy sour cream
 
1/4 cup catsup
 
2 tablespoons lemon juice
 
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
1 pound shrimp, cooked, cleaned, and cut up
 
1 cup chopped celery
 
1/4 cup chopped green pepper

Directions

In saucepan, soften gelatin in cold water.
Stir over low heat till gelatin is dissolved; cool slightly.
Blend together sour cream, catsup, lemon juice, horseradish, and salt; add to dissolved gelatin and beat with rotary beater till smooth.
Chill gelatin mixture till partially set; fold in shrimp, celery, and green pepper.
Pour into 6 1/2 cup ring mold.
Chill till firm.
