Shrimp Rascals Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup chopped cooked shrimp | ||
| 1 tart apple, peeled and diced | ||
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Radishes | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Onion flakes | 1 Tablespoon, dried | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Horseradish cream | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Walnuts | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 2—3 tomatoes, thickly sliced | ||
| black pepper | 1 | |
| Dill | 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
Directions
Combine the shrimp with the apple and fresh vegetables in a bowl.
In a separate bowl mix together the onion flakes, mayonnaise, cream, horseradish and walnuts.
Add this to the shrimp mixture and season to taste.
To serve, place a spoonful of the shrimp mixture on top of each tomato slice and sprinkle with dill.
