Shrimp Rabbit Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
4 slices American pasteurized process cheese cut in strips
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Dash of pepper
1 can (7 ounces) shrimp
6 English muffins, toasted
Directions
Cook green pepper in margarine until tender; blend in flour.
Gradually add milk; stir until thickened.
Add process cheese, worcestershire sauce, mustard, paprika and pepper; stir until cheese is melted.
Add shrimp; heat.
