Shrimp Puffs Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg white | 1 | |
| Curry powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shrimp | 1 Can (10oz), chopped | |
| 30 Melba toast rounds | ||
Directions
Preheat broiler if necessary.
Place oven rack 5 to 8 inches from heating element.
In a medium bowl, beat egg white until stiff but not dry.
Stir curry powder and garlic salt into mayonnaise until blended.
Fold into beaten egg white.
Fold in shrimp.
Spoon about 2 teaspoons shrimp mixture evenly over each toast round.
Arrange on an ungreased baking sheet or broiler pan.
Broil shrimp mixture until bubbly and browned.
