 1/4 cup diced fat salt pork
 1 large onion, finely cut
 1 green pepper, finely cut
 1 pound cooked shrimps
 1 cup rice, cooked and hot
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Fry salt pork until well browned and crisp.
Remove pork and cook onion and pepper in the fat.
Add, with pork and shrimps, to rice.
Season to taste and simmer for about 10 minutes.
